brownie cookies (vegan, gluten-free)

These double chocolate cookies are amazing!


Ingredients:

- 1 flax egg

- 2 tablespoons avocado oil

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (can sub sugar)

- 2 tablespoons almond butter

- 3 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1 cup almond flour

- 2 tablespoons coconut flour

- 3 tablespoons cacao powder

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet.

2. Mix together the flax egg, oil, vanilla, almond butter, monk fruit, and maple syrup.

3. Add in the almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, baking soda/powder, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Scoop onto the cookie tray and slightly press down.

5. Bake for 15 minutes!
