chocolate yogurt loaf (vegan, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

- 1½ cups flour

- 1/2 cup cacao powder

- 1½ teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (I used monk fruit)

- 1 cup vegan vanilla yogurt

- 1½ teaspoons vanilla

- 2/3 cup almond milk

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan.

2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Mix together all of the wet ingredients in another bowl.

4. Pour the dry into wet and stir until smooth.

5. Pour into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes!
