cinnamon sugar doughnut holes (vegan, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup flour (I used Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour)

- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I used Tone It Up's vanilla pea protein)

- 1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt (I used Forager cashew yogurt)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Almond milk (for coating)

- For the topping: mix cinnamon and granulated sweetener


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking tray.

  2. Mix together the flour, protein powder, and baking powder.

  3. Stir in the yogurt until a dough forms. Add some almond milk if it's too dry.

  4. Roll into balls and coat in almond milk, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes!
