cashew butter blueberry muffins (vegan, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

- 3 ripe bananas

- 1/2 cup cashew butter

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup frozen blueberries


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the cashew butter and flaxseed.

3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients except the frozen blueberries.

4. Fold in the blueberries.

5. Divide among a sprayed muffin tin and bake for 22-25 minutes.
