cinnamon crumble cake (vegan, gluten-free)

This cake is so easy to customize! Add chocolate, crushed nuts, or anything you like!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener (can sub sugar)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup macadamia milk (can sub any milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons runny almond butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan.
2. Mix together the flour, monk fruit, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the milk, vanilla, and almond butter. Mix until a batter forms.
4. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes!
