double layer oat bars (vegan, gluten-free)

These oat bars are quite easy to make and are no-bake!


Base Layer Ingredients:

- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour

- 1 tablespoon cacao powder

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Top Layer Ingredients:

- 1 cup gluten free oat flour

- 1/3 cup almond butter

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil


Instructions:

1. Make your base layer, press into a lined loaf pan, and freeze while you make the top layer.

2. Pour the top layer on freeze again for 30 minutes.

3. Melt vegan chocolate and pour on top, then freeze for another 30 minutes.

4. Slice and store in the fridge!
