
These taste kind of graham crackers, but are chewy like oatmeal bars!
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 2/3 cup chickpea flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie tray.
2. Combine the flours, cinnamon, and baking powder.
3. Mix in the applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla.
4. Pour and flatten the dough into a thin layer.
5. Bake for around 35 minutes and cut into pieces when done!
