
Who doesn't love a brownie bite?
Ingredients:
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal + 5 tbsp water, let sit for 10 mins)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (sub coconut sugar)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and spray a mini muffin tin.
2. Melt the coconut oil and mix with the nut butter.
3. Mix in the flour and cacao powder.
4. Mix in the flax egg, monk fruit, and vanilla.
5. Fill the muffin tins and bake for 23 minutes.
