raw cacao truffles (vegan, gluten-free)

I LOVE these! Super easy, no-bake, and tasty!


Ingredients:

- 2 cups almond meal

- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

- 12 pitted dates, soaked in water for 15 mins

- 2 tablespoons water

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the almond meal, cacao powder, pitted dates, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  2. Add the water and process until a dough-like texture forms.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in cacao powder.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge!
