
I absolutely love these brownies. The yogurt makes them super fluffy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (I like using Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips)
- 1 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup almond milk
-1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line an 8x8 pan.
2. Mix together the melted chocolate and yogurt.
3. Add in the flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and milk. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
